Bharath Chandra Talluri was just awarded his PhD with “summa cum laude”. Unfortunately, the defense could only take place online, but still it was a fantastic event, attended by several family members, friends, past and present lab members, as well as other colleagues from around the world.
Bharath gave a wonderful overview over his psychophysical and fMRI work on choice-induced biases, followed by a very thoughtful discussion with the committee.
In our (largely virtual) celebration that followed, he even became a movie star!
