Within less than two days, Tom received two excellent news.

He won the 2018 Best Paper Award of the SFB 936, for his 2018 paper in PLoS Biol on catecholaminergic modulation of perceptual and cortical variability.

More importantly, he also received a Feodor-Lynen Research Fellowship from the Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung. This will fund two years of postdoctoral work with Gustavo Deco on whole-brain modelling of neuromodulatory effects.

Both well deserved — congratulations, Tom!
